Hey guys! It’s been a while. If you guys follow me on Twitter then you may be aware of the situation that I’m currently in but to cut a long story short, my poor mum broke her foot. She’s also a full time carer for my nan so we’ve had to really all pull together to make sure that the house stays running – so it’s not left much time for blogging! I was certain that I was going to have Blogmas totally written up by the end of November but these things happen!
Let’s get into the haul!
Wet n Wild Photofocus Foundation
I was literally so ecstatic to see that Wet n Wild are now available in the UK because it’s been a long time coming! I’ve also heard such good things about this foundation so I can’t wait to put it on. I will definitely be doing a separate review for this product and probably most of the products listed below so make sure you keep an eye out for them! It looks and sounds a little bit like the Revlon one that I really like so we’ll see if it matches up!
Wet n Wild Photofocus Primer (Matte)
Can you guys tell I just went for a lot of Wet n Wild? I’m seriously so excited to try them as a brand, it’s unreal. This primer looks a little bit like a rip off of Nyx’s primers and also Smashbox but I guess it’s just the aesthetic now. I’ll be really interested to try it alongside the foundation that it’s paired with as I think that will be really interesting!
Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipsticks
These lipsticks have been on my wanting to try list for the longest time. But because they’re normally £16, I could never justify myself buying them so I was so, so happy when they were reduced to £11 each. Even though I’m well aware of some of the tea that surrounds Jeffree, he’s one of my favourite influencers and I am so, so excited to support and try one of his brand’s products. Especially these raved about liquid lipsticks – I want to know if they really are the best on the market like everyone says they are!
Mario Badescu Facial Spray
This is another product that has been absolutely raved about over and over again so I am so excited to try this out. I’ve never tried one of the products from the brand but I was drawn to the aloe vera, because I have super sensitive skin which gets very irritated so I would love to see how this lasts. I would also love to see how it makes your makeup look afterwards and whether it really refreshes your foundation, too!
BH Cosmetics Bronzer
If you guys have been following my blog/channel for a while then you’ll know that bronzers are probably my favourite part of makeup – I just love them so much so I had to try this beautiful one from BH Cosmetics! I already love a lot of their products so this just solidified for me how great they are. The packaging is beautiful and I can’t wait to try out the formula!
L.A. Girl Lipliner
This was more of a boring purchase but a necessary one as I realised that for all my lipsticks, I really don’t own many lipliners. I probably have about two? So I wanted to try this one out and see if it made any difference to how long my lipstick stayed on!
Wet n Wild Bronzer in Reserve Your Cabana
Finally! Yes, another Wet n Wild product but seriously, how could I resist? I have heard about this product from Jordi (itslikelymakeup) as she uses it all over her face to give it a luminous glow so I am so excited to see if that little trick works as her skin always looks amazing! I’m so excited to try it out!
So, there you have it! Did you guys have any good deals that you found during Black Friday? Let me know! I’ll see you guys tomorrow for my next post!
