How To Get A Slimmer Body in Just 4 Weeks!

Hey guys; so this is something a little bit different for me and my blog.

While I do talk a lot about beauty and fashion and lifestyle, there’s something that I don’t talk about much which I really feel like I should – and that’s body confidence and body image. I’ve always had a rather low body confidence. I don’t think I’ve ever really shown my body on this blog but I am very slim and in all honesty… not that fit at all. I have a good diet, make sure I eat what I should (even though sometimes it does stretch into what I definitely shouldn’t) and I do some walking but again not as much as I should. But I’ve always envied how people look when they go to the gym a lot – that toned look that they have to them even if they are curvier.

Now, I really don’t want this post to be misconstrued in any way other than what it is which is a suggestion. I’m not telling you you should exercise or how often you should or anything like that. Embrace your body, love who you are and make sure you’re looking after your body as best you can. And yes, that is through eating the right diet and exercising. I think that we are all beautiful but body confidence (or lack of) can sometimes prevent us from doing what we should.

One of my friends at work teaches an exercise class and the thought of exercising in front of my colleagues is something that I’m really not about. I hate the clothes, I hate how they look and I hate how look when I’m exercising. So, Youtube videos are my best port of call. With this video, I can complete all of the exercises I need to make up a full routine from the comfort and sanctuary of my lounge – meaning that only my mum and my sister are there to laugh at how silly I look in my clothes.

Seriously, fitness clothes; why are you like this?

I really urge you guys to give the video below a look. Unlike other videos where you have to fill in a subscription later, this one provides you with a full work out and shows you what you have to do in all of the steps for free. It gives you rests and is all manageable. With it being a Youtube video, too, you can pause whenever you need to take a breath. It’s so useful and I can’t wait to give it a go myself – while I’m slim, I really want to be stronger and more toned so this is perfect for me!
